Why is NFT Investment created for Investor?

In the Crypto industry, investing in Seed and Private rounds is not for everyone because of the large ticket size, limited access to project information and investment decisions taking a lot of time to check the information, summarize data, send out judgments and evaluations. Most importantly, it’s technically difficult to transfer investment packages, and takes time to manually process for investors.

To make it more convenient for investors, FAM Central conducts an open sale for the project's token fundraising (Seed, Private) through the form of NFT.

NFT Investment’s Ownership

• NFT represents the ownership of tokens corresponding to the investment package: Investors receive NFT representing an investment, in parallel with receiving project tokens according to the vesting plan in tokenomics. NFT Seed Sales / NFT Private Sales will be divided into several levels with different investment values and benefits. Obviously, the NFT at the highest level will have the greatest investment value with the highest benefits and privileges.

• Ownership of multiple NFTs: An investor can buy multiple NFTs (of the same or different tiers) depending on their financial ability and investment goals. Anyone who owns NFT Seed Sales / NFT Private Sales in the wallet will be defaulted as the owner of the investment and have the right to receive tokens, enjoy the benefits and privileges of NFT.

• The right to transfer/resell NFT: You can simply understand that the NFT now plays the same role as a share ownership certificate for businesses in the traditional market. However, the biggest difference is that NFT Seed Sales / NFT Private Sales can be easily bought, sold, transferred on FAM Central Market Place or other Marketplaces, like OpenSea, tofuNFT,...

How to buy and use NFT Investment

Step 1: Go to the page and select Project

Step 2: Read carefully the project information in the [Project Detail] section to better understand the project that is calling for fundraising

Step 3: Read details of Private sale tokens and investment packages

Step 4: Select the NFT representing the Investment Package that you think it’s suitable to you.

Step 5: Connect Metamask and make sure you have enough stable coin or FAM token in your wallet

Step 6: At the time of sale, choose NFT to buy and confirm stable coin amount to transfer

Step 7: Go to Metamask wallet to check NFT (right after the inverter completes the Deposit step)

Step 8: Go to the private sale page

Step 8.1: Receive tokens according to the vesting schedule mentioned in the project information and investment package.

Step 8.2: Receive Reward according to NFT's APY rate.

Step 8.3: If you need to transfer, resell the NFT on the NFT marketplace. Kindly note that your NFT information may not be displayed in detail on other exchanges due to individual technical support reasons.

The nature of early investing in Crypto projects is venture capital because there will be projects that develop dramatically, bringing a lot of profit to investors, but also many projects that stop implementing in the middle of the road or suddenly disappear without a trace.
