1. Introduction:

NFT marketplace is a digital market where Fanvestors can trade and exchange NFTs administered by FAM Central.

2. Member:

• All Fanvestors (connect with BSC wallet on famcentral.finance).

• Benefits are available for Membership of FAM Central (regulated in stages).

3. Regulations:

• All NFTs traded on Marketplace must be either created or administered by FAM Central.

• All NFT Buy/Sell transactions on Marketplace will incur a transaction fee equivalent to 1% - 5% of the NFT's Sell/Buy price. The Seller will be the bearer of the transaction fee.

• FAM Token is used to trade Buy/Sell NFT and pay transaction fees on the marketplace. Fanvestors have the right to set the selling price for NFT when posting on Marketplace.

4. Extra features

• Buy/Sell NFT: create liquidity for NFTs, between NFT buyers and sellers.

• NFT Auction: FAM Central or its partners will use this feature to sell special NFT in an online auction to the users.

• Participating users must meet a number of conditions set forth by FAM Central.

• Listing NFT (for Partner of FAM Central): Partners of FAM Central will list NFT on the marketplace of FAM Central and sell to Fanvestors.

• Wallet for User: also known as Fanvestor’s wallet that stores the NFTs they already own.

• Redeem Real Asset: convert NFT into an actual product. (Depending on the nature of each NFT’s type).

• Library: A library showing detailed information about NFTs that has been published and sold by FAM Central and FAM’s partners on the marketplace.
