1. Introduction

Vault Membership is a Staking FAM Token feature that classifies the FAM holders on BSC.

2. VIP differentiation

According to FAM Central’s policy, each user’s account will be divided into different tiers, meaning corresponding benefits will be bestowed.

3. Mechanism of verifying VIP levels

• Users who own FAM Token will stake in the Pool Vault.

• Depending on time lock of FAM token, users will choose the corresponding lock time in 4 Vault Pools (7 days, 30 days, 60 days or 90 days).

• In case the user wants to increase the VIP tier, they need to Stake more FAM token to the corresponding Pool Vault (the VIP tier is equal to the total number of FAM token staked in each Pool).

• In case users want to withdraw FAM Token in the Pool, they can execute the withdraw command. The user's VIP tier will be lowered equal to the total amount of FAM tokens remaining in the Vault. The amount of unstake FAM token along with interest will be vesting to the user's wallet immediately.

• Number of tickets purchased to participate in IDO/INO.

• Discount fare per VIP Tier.

• Discount transaction fees on Dapp FAM Central.

• Stake FAM and get FAM Token with attractive % APR.

5. User Guide

To use the Membership Vault feature, follow these steps:

1. Go to the feature page here: https://v2.famcentral.finance/fanvestor/membership-vault

2. View the information of features including:

   • Stake section: Stake FAM Token into the Vault to become VIP Member.

   • Withdraw section: Withdraw FAM Token from Vault.

   • Membership Vault V1 section: Return to Membership Vault V1

   • Membership Tier Policy: Each tier will have the corresponding staked amount of FAM token.

   • Your Tier Is: The current Tier of the user.

3. The feature will require your wallet to allow FAM Central to access and take the FAM Token in your wallet. Choose Approve.

4. Confirm to allow FAM Central to use the FAM Token in your wallet.

5. After confirmation, you can stake FAM in Vault Membership.

6. Select the FAM lock time. Note: lock time will affect the APR that you will receive FAM token during the lock time.

7. Enter the number of FAM token you want to Stake or you can choose the VIP tier that have already set the corresponding number of FAM token

8. Confirm transaction fees on Metamask. You have successfully become a VIP Member.

Note:

• Reload the page if you don't see your VIP Tier.

• User must Approve each different Pool Vault

• In the Withdraw section, users will see the number of staked FAM tokens and the amount of FAM received (FAM Earned) when staking into the Vault.

To withdraw the FAM Token into your wallet, you must follow these steps:

1. Select Withdraw then select corresponding Vault Pool (7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days) to withdraw FAM Token to your wallet.

2. Enter the amount of FAM Token you want to withdraw.

3. Click Withdraw.

4. Confirm transaction fees on Metamask.

5. Check the amount of FAM Token withdrawn on the wallet.

Note: If you withdraw FAM Token during the lock time, you will lose 15% of the transaction fee on each Staked Pool Vault.
