Who can apply?

We are looking for innovative projects in key industries and focus areas of DeFi applications, Gaming, NFT DAO governance, Social network,... in those stages:

• Projects that have not yet started to raise capital in Seed / Private rounds or have raised capital but have not yet finished or need to raise capital for the 2nd and 3rd time.

• Projects may have released products in testnet, alpha, beta versions, or are still at the stage of developing Product concept, product idea.

Process of Participation:

The project must pass the project appraisal round from FAM Central to be certified as high qualified-class. The key filter factors are about: target market, product and business roadmap, go-to-market plan, team capabilities,... Qualified projects are the ones that clearly understand what market they are play in, what the problem is to solve, who the product is designed for, the competitiveness and weaknesses of the project compared to others.

In case the project does not pass the appraisal round, FAM Central will give an opportunity by advising the project on the appropriate adjustments to achieve a successful funding round.

In case the projects do not meet the standards and reach the approval of FAM Central, we welcome the project to participate in the Incubation program. Details will be worked out in detail with specific project in need.

Our purpose is to support early-stage projects in finding funding capital to develop product-market-fit and growing traction. We can't wait to see the progress of the projects in the future.

How to join:

This is a form of selling seed/private sale for projects with the new solution of NFT receipt issuance to help Investors have more liquidity for their Investments, and at the same time support the Projects with easy access to traditional investors and crypto investors.

To make it more convenient for investors, FAM Central conducts an open sale for the project's token fundraising (Seed, Private) through the form of NFT.

NFT Investment Ownership:

• NFT represents the ownership of tokens corresponding to the investment package

• Ownership of multiple NFTs The right to transfer/resell NFT.
