# 4. Stake/ Pools

Pools on Famcentral Finance exchange allow you to deposit tokens and earn interest as FAM Tokens in the form of Staking.

1\.  Go to the farm section on Famcentral Finance [**here** ](https://famcentral.finance/pools)and select **Connect** to connect the same wallet as above.

2\. Select the Pool you want to join. For example, here we choose Stake FAM - Earn FAM.

3\. The wallet will require authentication of the right to use FAM Token for Famcentral Finance.

Select **Enable**.

4\. Confirm to allow Famcentral Finance to use FAM Token

5\. After confirmation, select **Stake** to send your FAM to the Pool

6\. Enter the amount of Tokens you want to send (Press **Max** to select all the balance you have) and press **Approve.**

The wallet will ask for authentication, click **Confirm**.

7\. Vậy là bạn đã hoàn thành Stake FAM token. Hãy chờ đợi đến khi hết thời gian mở pool để nhận được phần thưởng tối đa nhé. 

If you want to add or withdraw tokens, just click on "**+**" or "**-**" and follow the same confirmation steps as when you Stake.

If you want to withdraw the reward, click on **Harvest** and confirm withdrawal on your wallet extension.
